LIve an empowered life

Choosing to work with me is an act of self-love and a major step in prioritizing your body + mind + soul.

Today’s fast-paced, externally focused culture is leading to chronic stress and imbalance. Running on modern life’s treadmill is leaving us feeling completely exhausted and disconnected from ourselves. We find ourselves exhausted, overwhelmed, and pushing through, allowing stress to accumulate in our bodies. Our bodies then attempt to give us signals to slow down, and when we don’t listen to those signals they get bigger + louder.

My therapy + coaching practice is designed to support Women in regaining balance and vitality by helping them cultivate mind-body-spirit awareness. This holistic approach to wellness allows women to get to the root of what is holding them back and from building a beautiful and fulfilling life.

In our 1:1 sessions I will use a combination of my personal and educational experience. We will work together to uncover imbalances in areas such as mental health, relationships, career, your sense of purpose, nutrition, and physical movement. Throughout our work together, you will be given personalized recommendations and reflections that will empower you to restore balance, release limiting beliefs and make long-lasting changes.

My practice encourages exploration in the following areas:

  • Practicing + prioritizing self-care

  • Developing an understanding of patterns that keep you stuck

  • Creating awareness of attachments

  • Engaging with self-compassion

  • Collaboratively learning about nervous system health + regulation

  • Relationship with food; Eating for optimal nutrition, digestion, and joy

  • Practicing intuitive movement

  • Establishing a daily routine / rhythms

  • Optimizing circadian rhythm

  • Reducing and managing stress

  • Cultivating meaningful relationships

  • Living an intentional life

  • Pursuing your hidden dreams

Begin your journey today and build that big

beautiful life!

Sessions…

Sessions will be individually catered to your needs and depend on what you choose to bring into our time together. I am great at asking questions and being a guide, so if you’re uncertain where to begin I will help you OR you might have a list of things you want to address in our time, either way, my intention for each session is to leave you with some insights / reflections, hope for going forward into your week, and a small shift you plan to create.

I love to encourage folks to read books, consume podcasts, and resource within their community to foster faster change. In order to make a big impact we need to commit to ourselves everyday, an hour of 1:1 time a week isn’t going to be enough to help you overhaul your life! I want the women I work with to begin living out changes in their lives from the start of our work together. Committing to working on yourself can and will be transformative; let’s put in the work to become the best version of you, living the life you truly want.

I am excited to share what I’ve learned, to help YOU understand yourself deeply, set those boundaries, connect with others, and prioritize your own needs; truly becoming that person who is living her best life.
