I will send you all the fancy paperwork to fill out online. And some basic information so I can learn more about you.

FAQs

  • We will meet weekly so we can fully dive into those stuck places and get things moving for you! This also allows me to fully focus my energy on our relationship and our work together.

  • I am in network with Pacificsource commercial and medicaid. I will bill on your behalf and you will be responsible for the co-pay (if you have one).

    If you have other insurance I can provide you with an invoice with all the details insurance companies like to have, they refer to this as a “superbill.” You send this to them and work with your insurance company to be reimbursed.

  • $200 for 50 min. session.

    $250 for initial appointment.

    Need help sorting out what this might look like for your insurance, I have learned some handy lingo that will help us sort out what coverage will look like.

  • 50 minutes

  • Coaching and therapy is offered online, through video calls using a secure platform.

    I can meet with you wherever you are, even if you’re not in the state of Oregon (where I reside).

  • My normal hours that I am available to schedule 50-min sessions.

    Monday / Wednesday / Friday

    I’m available to meet with new clients between 9am and 12pm.

    Once we determine a time we will set up recurring appointments so you know what to expect for your schedule.
